A magnitude 5.71 earthquake struck Northeastern India on Sunday, the German Research Center for Geosciences reported.
The quake had a depth of 10 km (6.21 miles), according to GFZ.
Indian news media reported that there have been no immediate reports of casualties or property damage in the state of Assam, where the quake occurred.
