As dusk falls, Abu Dhabi comes alive with the launch of a new night beach at the Corniche. This latest attraction invites residents to enjoy outdoor activities well into the night, offering a cool respite from the summer heat.
The beach is illuminated and staffed with lifeguards, first-aid services, and sports courts for volleyball, football, and basketball, ensuring a safe yet enjoyable experience.
Open from 6am to 10pm on weekdays and until midnight on weekends, the Corniche Night Beach adds to Abu Dhabi’s expanding array of evening beach destinations.

Visitors can enter the 1000 sqm swimming area through gates 4 to 6, enjoying the refreshing night breeze and illuminated waters—perfect for escaping the heat.
Marsana Night Beach
In July, Marsana Night Beach on Hudayriyat Island kicked off its summer season with moonlit swimming, comfortable loungers, dining options, and chilled water coolers.
Unlike the free Corniche beach, Marsana charges an entry fee: Dh50 on weekdays and Dh100 on weekends for adults, while children under six enter free.
Dubai Night Beaches
Meanwhile, Dubai’s night-swimming spots at Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3, and Umm Suqeim 1 remain popular, having become fully accessible to people of determination last year.
For daytime fun, Yas Waterworld has unveiled a 13,445 sqm expansion, enhancing the capital’s family entertainment options.
