(“Giga Computing”), and KERNO Enterprises FZE, a UAE company based in Office 402, Offices 4 Building, One Central, DWTC, Dubai, UAE (“KERNO”), celebrated a major milestone in their GCC collaboration. Giga Computing has appointed KERNO as the regional service partner for its products.
This agreement designates KERNO as an official service center for GIGABYTE server products across the GCC. For KERNO, it signifies a move beyond its local production of enterprise servers and AI solutions into offering comprehensive services for Giga Computing. KERNO’s Arabic-speaking engineering team, trained and certified by Giga Computing, will handle all after-sales, RMA, and critical service requests for GIGABYTE servers in the GCC. Customers can access 24/7 online service requests via a dedicated platform. This setup ensures quicker support, as KERNO directly manages all services, reducing wait times. It also offers flexible support options, including remote troubleshooting and on-site assistance, covering everything from hardware diagnostics to system optimization.
