On Sunday, the Israeli military announced it had resumed enforcing a ceasefire in Gaza following multiple strikes on Hamas targets earlier that day.
“Under the directive of the political leadership, and after a series of significant retaliatory strikes for Hamas’ breaches, the IDF has resumed enforcing the ceasefire,” stated the military.
“The IDF is committed to maintaining the ceasefire agreement and will respond decisively to any violations.”
