Peskov responded to the question of whether the Kremlin had noticed the unfolding corruption scandal in Ukraine: “We believe that European capitals, as well as the United States, have noticed it. After all, these countries are active donors to the Kyiv regime. Of course, these countries increasingly realize that a significant portion of the money they take from taxpayers is being embezzled by the Kyiv regime. This is obvious, and more and more people are becoming aware of this.”
