In an interview with ‘India Today’ channel, Putin said, “No proposal was made, there was nothing of the sort; we simply touched upon the subject.” In the interview with the Indian channel, Putin stated, “What the Americans have presented to us now is something we had not seen before, so we were compelled to review almost all of its clauses, which prolonged the meeting.” Putin added, “The meeting was extremely useful.” On the evening of December 2nd, Putin received Vitekhov and Kushner at the Kremlin. Also participating from the Russian side were Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov and Kirill Dmitriev, the special presidential representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries and the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
