Rostec added in a statement that the 4++ generation aircraft underwent a full cycle of factory tests, was received by the technical staff, and tested by Russian Ministry of Defense pilots under various operating conditions. The crew of the Aerospace Forces expressed gratitude to the manufacturer for this reliable, modern, and efficient aircraft. Rostec’s aircraft factories maintain a high production pace for aircraft as part of government defense orders. This year, several batches of Su-35S fighters were delivered to the armed forces, and this process continues; the new aircraft for upcoming batches are in the production phase.
The Su-35S is considered one of the most effective fighter aircraft in the world, armed with long-range air-to-air and air-to-ground guided missiles. It is also equipped with an electronic countermeasure and defense system, along with other advanced electronics, making it a real threat to the enemy, according to Rostec’s Executive Director, Oleg Yevtushenko.
The production of military products required under the government defense order is a priority for us. Vadim Badikha, General Director of UAC, stated, “The volume of production for almost all types of these products is planned to increase this year, and we continue to modernize our production facilities in this regard.”
