Part of the soundtrack for Shashank Khaitan’s upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari—featuring Rohit Saraf, Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul, and a talented ensemble—the song promises a festive, grand cinematic experience when the movie premieres globally on October 2, 2025.
The new Bijuria is reimagined by hitmaker Tanishk Bagchi, who has composed, produced, and penned additional lyrics. The track retains its essence with Sonu Nigam’s timeless vocals, accompanied by Asees Kaur’s bold, playful touch, giving it a modern groove.
Reflecting on this revival, Sonu Nigam shared, “Bijuria is a song that has lived many lives. Revisiting it after decades feels like a full-circle moment. Tanishk has infused it with an electrifying new sound, and Asees has added her unique flavor, elevating it. Bijuria is nostalgic yet fresh, crafted to get people dancing again.”
In the music video, Varun and Janhvi exhibit sizzling chemistry and infectious energy, featuring an addictive hookstep and stunning, cinematic visuals. Their performance enhances the track’s pulsating beats, ensuring it’s a party-starter for the upcoming festive season.
