Mouza Saeed bin Ahmed Al Otaiba, Founder and CEO of Al Otaiba Inma Group, emphasized that the UAE’s 54th National Day marks a period of ongoing achievement in leadership and excellence across various sectors. The UAE today leads global rankings in economy, innovation, women’s empowerment, higher education, digital competitiveness, soft power, and sustainability, securing its place among the world’s most advanced nations.

On this occasion, Al Otaiba expressed: “We extend our sincere congratulations to UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Their Highnesses, Members of the Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates, and the citizens and residents of this blessed land on the 54th Union Day. May this celebration bring continuous progress and prosperity.”

She further congratulated Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, for her vital role in supporting the Union’s journey and empowering Emirati women across all domains.

Al Otaiba highlighted the UAE’s significant investments over the past 50 years in empowering Emirati women to assume leadership roles and be true partners in the nation’s development.

She stressed the importance of empowering both male and female entrepreneurs by guiding them towards opportunities that match their skills. This includes aiding those with financial means but lacking investment knowledge. Proper training and presenting viable investment ideas, whether in key sectors or via investment funds, will drive economic growth, optimize capital use, and offer long-term benefits for local entrepreneurs and investors.

She identified emerging sectors ripe for creativity and innovation, especially with investments in AI, advanced technology, and digital transformation—key drivers of future economic growth.

Al Otaiba praised the UAE’s progressive legislation and the plethora of opportunities for the youth, allowing them to contribute to sustainable economic development and launch pioneering ventures.

She lauded the UAE’s enduring humanitarian efforts and foreign aid, which have, since the nation’s inception, helped developing countries enhance economic growth, essential services, and quality of life. The UAE’s approach aims to reduce poverty, foster peace, promote prosperity, and strengthen global partnerships.

Al Otaiba underscored the UAE’s role in supporting Gaza, presenting it as a global model for humanitarian relief. UAE aid has been crucial for hundreds of thousands of Palestinian families during the current crisis, especially children, women, and youth facing dire conditions.

She added that the UAE’s humanitarian initiatives span continents, offering vital support to earthquake, flood, and disaster victims in Türkiye, Syria, Afghanistan, East Asia, Africa, and beyond, helping communities overcome challenges and access essential food and medical aid.
