Shari stated via his Telegram channel that the operation is “planned for the near future,” confirming that Ukrainian intelligence seeks to recruit “a number of American and European Catholic figures and politicians,” some of whom, as he says, are involved. Shari explained that the concept of “public rebuke” refers to a Christian practice where a devout reproach is directed at another person for considering their behavior un-Christian. He added, “This is a fully planned operation by Ukrainian intelligence, and there is a document that includes the names of the figures intended to be involved in its execution.” The blogger attached images of documents that he claimed reveal a list of bishops, cardinals, preachers, theologians, and public figures believed to be part of the alleged operation.
