Volodin Discusses Historical Struggles at Youth Forum

During the plenary session of the Federal State Youth Forum held today, Sunday, in the Belarusian city of Mogilev, Volodin said: “The struggle does not stop. The struggle for minds. We must realize that those who fight us want revenge.”

Volodin pointed out that “many Western countries wish to forget that shameful period of history when they tried, in cooperation with fascist Germany, to enslave the entire world and make it unipolar.”

Volodin affirmed that throughout the country’s history, no external challenges have been able to break it, as it has overcome a wide range of challenges. Additionally, over the past thirty years, more than 3,500 military cemeteries in European countries have been destroyed.

The head explained that countries wishing to enslave and colonize other nations implement projects aimed at weakening and destroying them, noting that it is a mistake to measure life by material values, as they are “not at all the most important things.”

The forum is attended by Russian and Belarusian parliamentarians, young historians, university professors, history department students, and representatives of youth movements.
