Cricket fans in the region have been eagerly awaiting the sale of tickets for one of the most prestigious tournaments, eagerly anticipating an announcement.
Today, the Emirates Cricket Board announced that tickets will be available for purchase on platinumlist.net starting at 5pm.
Khaleej Times also joined the excitement by vigorously refreshing the ticket page. Thousands were already waiting on the website. By 5pm, nearly 15,000 people were in the queue, with the website displaying an estimated entry time of 1:20am.
Tickets for the India-Pakistan clash — arguably the most anticipated match — are priced at an exorbitant Dh1,400 and will initially be available only as part of a seven-match ticket pack.
However, other tickets can be purchased separately.
After 2022, the UAE is once again hosting this massive event, which is expected to attract fans from around the world.
