Dublin Airport announced on Saturday that it was reopening Terminal 2 after a brief closure due to a security alert.

The airport also mentioned experiencing minor impacts due to a Europe-wide software issue. The cyberattack on Collins Aerospace, a service provider for check-in and boarding systems, disrupted operations at several major European airports including London’s Heathrow, Brussels, and Berlin.

This caused delays for multiple airlines, impacting the check-in process for UAE-based Etihad Airways.
