A gift from her fiancé turned out to be lucky for a young Indian expat in Dubai when it won her Dh1 million at the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) grand draw.
The Indian expat named Sweety won the grand draw thanks to a gold bangle that her fiancé had gifted her.
DSS draws to a close on Sunday, August 31. Retail promotions and citywide raffles, hallmarks of DSS, have been in full swing throughout the summer.
