The representative of UNICEF in Yemen, Peter Hawkins, is among the 20 United Nations employees held by Houthi rebels in the capital, Sanaa, a UN official told AFP on Sunday.
“Peter Hawkins is among the 15 international employees detained in the complex,” the official said on condition of anonymity. The Houthis raided the complex the previous day.
