Peter Hawkins, the UNICEF representative in Yemen, is one of 20 United Nations employees detained by Houthi rebels in Sanaa, according to a UN official on Sunday.
“Peter Hawkins is among the 15 international staff members held in the complex,” the official stated anonymously, following a raid by the Houthis the previous day.
