The Moroccan national team will open the first match today at 3:00 PM, facing the Comoros team in Group B at the ‘Khalifa International Stadium’. At Lusail Stadium, at 5:30 PM, the second match will take place between the Egyptian team and its Kuwaiti counterpart in Group C.

The tournament consists of four groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the knockout stage, which includes the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final. If teams are tied in points (a draw), tiebreaker criteria are applied, including head-to-head results, goal difference, goals scored, player conduct, and FIFA rankings if necessary.

The Arab Cup 2025 kicked off on Monday evening at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor city, with host Qatar facing Palestine amid widespread Arab interest. The Qatari team is participating in the tournament after winning the Asian Cup twice consecutively, maintaining technical stability under Spanish coach Julen Lopetegui, who relies on a blend of experience and youth, led by Akram Afif, the most influential player in the last Asian Cup, along with goalkeeper Meshaal Barsham and midfielders Asim Madibo and Abdelaziz Hatem, as well as veterans like Ahmed Fathy and Tarek Salman.

The Arab Cup 2025 will be held in Qatar from December 1 to 18, featuring 16 teams divided into four groups, including Qatar, Palestine, Tunisia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, UAE, Morocco, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Comoros, and Sudan. Five free channels will broadcast the Arab Cup, with the ‘beIN Sports’ group confirming the full tournament will be aired for free on ‘beIN SPORTS HD’ and ‘beIN Xtra 1’. The tournament will also be broadcast on Al Kass, Dubai Sports, Abu Dhabi Sports, and Kuwait Sports channels, available to the Arab public.
