In its commitment to creating future-oriented communities, Beyond Developments has unveiled the region’s first Forest District by the sea and Talea, the initial residential tower in a series to bring this vision to fruition. Adil Taqi, CEO of Beyond Developments, stated that this launch isn’t just a new residential offering. “This project illustrates how mindful design can address climate change and urban well-being. Living and working in the city myself, I recognize the need for spaces that promote healthier, more connected lives. As developers, we must create environments that foster well-being and sustainability, positively impacting daily life quality,” Taqi expressed.
Situated along a vibrant urban coastline, the Forest District introduces a rare nature-first development philosophy. It will offer 65,000 square meters of community parks, including 55,000 square meters of native woodland. With up to 75% tree canopy coverage, passive cooling, and wellness-focused landscaping, the district establishes a naturally shaded microclimate that supports physical and emotional well-being. Interconnected green trails, shaded walkways, forest-view fitness spaces, and serene garden areas are designed to promote exploration, reflection, and community bonding.
Talea, the district’s inaugural residential tower, draws inspiration from natural rhythms of earth and water. Its design features flowing lines, vertical greenery, and expansive windows that invite the surrounding forest into each home. The tower comprises 354 residences, including one- to three-bedroom apartments and a limited selection of four-bedroom penthouses. Interiors are inspired by a forest-themed color palette, natural earth tones, and sweeping views of the sea, skyline, and woodland.

Amenities at Talea are envisioned as extensions of the forest itself. Residents will enjoy shaded swimming pools, fitness areas among trees, treetop walkways, nature-inspired children’s play zones, and peaceful outdoor lounges. A dedicated green pedestrian path connects the podium level directly to the broader Forest District, seamlessly integrating daily life with nature’s restorative presence.
