Binghatti Holding Ltd., a rapidly growing real estate developer in the UAE, has reported robust sales performance for the year and successfully launched several high-value projects across Dubai. This achievement has positioned the company as the leading seller of residential units in the Emirate by volume.
In 2025, Binghatti sold nearly 12,000 residential units, making it the top real estate developer in the sub-Dh2 million segment, as reported by DXB Interact, a Dubai real estate data aggregator.
Thus far, Binghatti has initiated 13 new projects with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of roughly Dh12.28 billion ($3.3 billion), encompassing over 8,200 residential units with a total sellable area exceeding 6.2 million square feet. According to Property Monitor, these projects accounted for over 20% of all new project completions in Dubai this year.
On July 25, Binghatti Holding unveiled its latest landmark developments, Flare 01 and Flare 02, two architecturally unique residential towers located in Jumeirah Village Triangle. Approximately 95% of the units were sold within the first 90 days, following prominent launch events in Egypt and Dubai. Flare 01 has 844 units over a sellable area of 746,386 sq. ft. with a GDV of Dh1.24 billion, while Flare 02 includes 613 units spanning 539,812 sq. ft. with a GDV of Dh915 million.
Muhammad BinGhatti, chairman of Binghatti Holding, stated: “Our leading position in sales volume transactions this year is a testament to the success and trust in our vertically integrated business model. This has enabled us to be agile in the market and deliver projects swiftly. The market’s enthusiastic response to our flagship projects, such as Binghatti Flare 01 and Flare 02, highlights our financial strength and consistent value delivery across various segments. As demand grows in the Dh1 million to Dh3 million property range, we are strategically positioned for sustained growth and long-term returns to our stakeholders.”
Binghatti’s development portfolio, valued at Dh80 billion, includes around 38,000 units across more than 38 projects in prime Dubai locations like Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Meydan. It also features flagship residences developed in collaboration with luxury brands Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co.
The company enhanced its development pipeline by acquiring an 8.2 million sq. ft. plot in Nad Al Sheba 1, set to host Binghatti’s first master-planned community with a projected development value exceeding Dh25 billion.
Binghatti’s net profit for H1 2025 more than tripled to Dh1.82 billion, fueled by ongoing demand in Dubai’s real estate market. The Group’s total sales reached Dh8.8 billion, with a 189% year-on-year revenue increase to Dh6.3 billion.
