Comera Pay and TAMM Boost Abu Dhabi’s Digital Payments

Comera Pay, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi’s Royal Group, has collaborated with TAMM, the Emirate’s centralized digital platform for government services. This partnership facilitates effortless digital payments for residents and businesses, representing a significant advancement in the capital’s smart government evolution.

The partnership was cemented with a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed at GITEX Global 2025, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, coinciding with the debut of Comera Pay as a direct payment option within the TAMM ecosystem.

This integration enables users with an active Comera Pay Wallet to make instant and secure payments for a variety of government services directly via the TAMM app, eliminating the reliance on cash or third-party platforms.

This collaboration unites convenience, innovation, and security under a single domestic digital payment platform, aligning perfectly with Abu Dhabi’s goal of establishing a premier, cashless economy. By integrating Comera Pay within TAMM, the Emirate reinforces its dedication to a connected digital future, enhancing service delivery, financial inclusion, and user experience for all residents.

Comera Pay’s Managing Director and Group CEO, Akthar Saeed Hashmi, emphasized that the partnership highlights both organizations’ joint mission to propel the UAE’s digital economy forward. “We are honored to collaborate with TAMM to enable smooth, secure, and efficient government transactions through Comera Pay,” he stated. “This partnership represents our mutual commitment to supporting Abu Dhabi’s leadership vision for a top-tier digital ecosystem that empowers every citizen and business.”

Apart from government payments, Comera Pay aims to extend its services within TAMM to include peer-to-peer (P2P) payments, international remittances, and local merchant transactions. With the support of the Royal Group, Comera Pay is also expanding its presence across the retail, corporate, and government sectors with sophisticated wallet, POS, and gateway solutions designed for smarter and more secure money movement.

The integration with TAMM is a crucial step in Abu Dhabi’s mission to cultivate a fully digital economy — one that is locally crafted, globally competitive, and founded on trust, simplicity, and innovation.
