According to eyewitnesses, immigration officers attempted to detain a delivery worker for deportation, but the worker easily managed to escape, a scene that sparked astonishment as the officers, despite their large number, failed to catch him. The agency has not yet issued any official comment regarding the incident or the worker’s identity, while some internet users praised the worker’s skill and quick thinking. This incident occurs amidst ongoing debate in the United States about immigration policies and the handling of undocumented migrants, especially in cities that have declared themselves ‘sanctuary cities’ like Chicago.
