On Saturday, Dubai Police declared their complete preparedness to organize the Dubai Airshow 2025, a premier aviation event that brings together the industry’s leading companies and airlines.
This biennial event also showcases the arms industry. This year, more than 1,500 specialized companies in aviation, aerospace, and defense from 150 countries are set to participate, with an anticipated attendance of approximately 148,000 visitors.
To ensure the safety of this significant event, held at Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai Police have devised a comprehensive security plan supported by over 1,200 security personnel. The event commences on Monday, November 17, and concludes on Friday, November 21, under the theme “The Future Starts Here”.

Coordination has been established between the airshow’s organizing committee and partners to secure the event, outlining security measures and protocols, confirmed Maj. Gen. Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations at Dubai Police and Chairman of the Dubai Events Security Committee.
The Dubai Events Security Committee is fully ready to host and secure the 19th edition of the airshow, he stated.
Al Mazrouei emphasized the significance of collaborative efforts to deliver the Dubai Airshow “at the highest organizational level, showcasing the UAE’s prowess in professionally hosting international events”.
“All elements are positioned to make organization, participation, and attendance a remarkable experience, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a top destination for major global events,” he added.
