Emily Blunt revealed her striking new look on the set of the anticipated sequel to the 2006 hit, The Devil Wears Prada.

On the New York City set of The Devil Wears Prada 2, she showcased a bleach-blonde bob with shadow roots, as reported by People.

This bold hairstyle marks a significant change for her character, Emily Charlton, who was known for her iconic deep red hair in the original film.

Charlton, once the assistant to the meticulous Runway magazine editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep, is a familiar face in the The Devil Wears Prada.

The original 2006 comedy-drama was directed by David Frankel and produced by Wendy Finerman, with a screenplay by Aline Brosh McKenna, based on Lauren Weisberger’s 2003 novel. The film stars Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci, and Blunt.

It centers on Andy Sachs (Hathaway), an aspiring journalist who lands a job at a fashion magazine, only to face the challenges posed by her demanding editor, Priestly (Streep).

Hathaway returns to her role from the first film.

Alongside Hathaway, Streep, Blunt, and Tucci, new cast members include Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak, Pauline Chalamet, Simone Ashley, Kenneth Branagh, comedian Caleb Hearon, and Broadway talents Helen J. Shen and Conrad Ricamora, according to People.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is slated for release on May 1, 2026. (ANI)
