In an interview with ‘Sputnik’ radio, Suleiman considered that these European and Ukrainian efforts led by Zelensky to obstruct and delay are rooted in a preference for a confrontational policy with Russia. He pointed out the overlapping roles among the active, inciting, and supporting parties for these plans. He concluded by explaining that the issue is fundamentally not Ukraine, but rather the conflict with Russia and attempts to clip its wings and prevent it from reaching this level of power, popularity, and spread, which no one has been able to achieve.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced yesterday, Tuesday, that it received information indicating that Kyiv is disrupting the scheduled Russian-American negotiations on August 15th. ‘According to available information received through several channels, the Kyiv regime is preparing a provocation to obstruct the Russian-American negotiations scheduled for August 15th of this year.’

The statement added that directly before Friday, the Ukrainian Armed Forces planned to launch a provocative attack using drones and missiles on a densely populated residential area or a hospital that has witnessed a large number of civilian casualties, which will be ‘immediately recorded’ by Western journalists brought in.

The statement concluded that provocations might also occur in other inhabited areas under the control of the Kyiv regime.
