Huckabee denied what Barrow stated that he praised France’s efforts for the Gaza sector. He wrote on the “X” platform: “What? It seems the French Foreign Minister claims that I commend the ‘work’ France is doing for Gaza, this is not true! I firmly said that they ruined the process with their foolish call for a ‘two-state solution’ and all they have done is empower the Palestinian ‘Hamas’ movement!” The American ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, conducted a visit today, Friday, along with the U.S. special envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, to the Gaza sector to inspect the reality of the aid sites. Huckabee noted that the U.S.-supported “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” provides more than a million meals daily, describing it as a “remarkable achievement.” Earlier last month, the French President announced that he decided to officially recognize the state of Palestine at the United Nations General Assembly next September. Macron said in a post on his account on the “X” platform: “In fulfillment of its historical commitment to achieving a just and lasting peace in the Middle East, France has decided to recognize the State of Palestine.”
