On November 14, Apple will introduce a new accessory for iPhones called the iPhone Pocket. This ‘3D-knitted’ phone pouch is a joint creation with the renowned Japanese fashion brand Issey Miyake.
The iPhone Pocket features a ribbed open design that completely envelops your iPhone and expands to accommodate more of your essentials. The fabric allows you to view your iPhone’s display and see the contents inside when stretched.
Apple states that the iPhone Pocket offers versatile carrying options: hold it by hand, attach it to a bag, or wear it on your body. Available in a vibrant array of colors, the short strap comes in eight hues while the long strap is offered in three.

Inspired by Fabric
Crafted in Japan, the iPhone Pocket draws inspiration from the idea of “a piece of cloth,” reimagining the daily utility of Issey Miyake’s iconic pleated fashion. The design process was a close collaboration with the Apple Design Studio, ensuring meticulous attention to design and production.

Limited Availability
The iPhone Pocket is a special-edition product available for a limited time. The short strap version is offered in lemon, mandarin, purple, pink, peacock, sapphire, cinnamon, and black, while the long strap version is available in sapphire, cinnamon, and black. The short strap model is priced at $149.95, and the long strap model at $229.95.
Is the iPhone Pocket Available in UAE?
Unfortunately, the iPhone Pocket won’t be sold in the five UAE Apple stores, as confirmed by a customer executive. However, fans can order it online and pick it up when traveling to countries where it’s officially available.
Where Can You Buy the iPhone Pocket?
Starting Friday, November 14, customers can buy the iPhone Pocket at select Apple Store locations and on apple.com in countries like France, Greater China, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the UK, and the US.
Customers can mix various lengths and colors to match their iPhones.

Collaboration Between Issey Miyake and Apple
This pocket was designed alongside Japanese fashion house Issey Miyake, the same designers behind Steve Jobs’ famous turtleneck for the original iPhone launch.
