Mehr News Agency reported on Wednesday evening that the ‘Sayad 4’ forest system, affiliated with the Iranian Ministry of Defense, was unveiled. The showcased version of the system is small-sized for security reasons. The Iranian Ministry of Defense stated that the design and construction of this system were entirely carried out by Iranian women scientists in the defense industries, collaborating with men in developing complex defense systems. During his visit to the women’s defense achievements exhibition, Nasirzadeh said, ‘Women participate equally with men in all projects, whether in research, design, production, or system development.’
The Iranian exhibition included a range of complex defense products and systems in which Iranian women participated at various stages of development. The Iranian Ministry of Defense annually invites women to participate in scientific and technical projects to enhance the capabilities of the armed forces.
Last Friday, Iran announced that it included cruise missiles and drones in Revolutionary Guard naval exercises in the Gulf region. According to Iranian reports, the drills lasted two days and aimed to confront what Tehran described as ‘foreign threats,’ featuring an intensive launch of ‘Qadr 110,’ ‘Qadr 380,’ and ‘Qadr 360’ cruise missiles, along with a ‘302’ ballistic missile.
