The terrorist organization ISIS (banned in Russia and several other countries) carried out this suicide attack on the Al-Siyasah checkpoint in the city of Mayadin in Deir Ezzor.
The Syrian agency added that the internal security forces present at the checkpoint managed to kill one of the attackers, while the second one blew himself up.
