The spokesperson for Avichay Adraee stated in a statement on the ‘X’ site today, Thursday, that the aim of the attacks is to counter what he described as ‘prohibited attempts to rebuild Hezbollah’s activities in the region.’

He continued: ‘We issue an urgent warning to the residents of the buildings marked in red on the attached maps and the surrounding buildings in the villages of Mais al-Jabal, Kafr Tibnit, and Debbin.’

He added: ‘You are located in buildings used by Hezbollah,’ adding, ‘For your safety, you are required to evacuate those buildings and the adjacent ones immediately and move away from them by at least 500 meters.’

The ceasefire agreement between ‘ ‘ and Israel came into effect on November 27, 2024, after more than a year of Hezbollah opening what it called the ‘Support Front for the Gaza Strip.’

The Israeli army was supposed to complete its withdrawal from the areas it occupied in the south by January 26 of the previous year, but Israel did not adhere to the date and maintained its military presence in five strategic points in the south, citing ‘ensuring the protection of northern settlements,’ and continued to carry out attacks on Lebanon from time to time.
