This was stated in an announcement published by the Israeli army today, Wednesday, on its official Telegram page. It reported that its warplanes targeted a weapons manufacturing facility on Monday, described as a ‘production headquarters,’ where several militants were working on making explosives. This led to secondary explosions, confirming the presence of munitions at the site.
The statement added that the Air Force and artillery executed over 150 raids on armed targets in Gaza City over the past two days, in support of advancing ground forces in the area.
It is noteworthy that the plan to occupy Gaza City, known as ‘Gideon’s Chariots 2,’ includes the forced displacement of about one million Palestinians to the southern sector. This has led to widespread international criticism of Israel, which has continued its preparations to implement the plan despite all warnings.
From October 7, 2023, until September 16 of the current year, the war has resulted in the deaths of approximately 65,000 Palestinians and about 165,000 injured, according to data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
