The exercise begins this evening, Sunday, and ends next Thursday. It simulates different scenarios, including defending the area and responding to direct threats. The Israeli army, in its statement, noted that during the exercise, explosions will be heard, enemy simulations will be used, and there will be drones, aircraft, and ships, along with intensive movements of security forces.
It highlighted that the timing of this military exercise was pre-determined as part of the Israeli army’s annual training plan for the current year 2025, and there is no concern over any security incidents.
