According to official media, Israeli airstrikes hit southern Lebanon on Thursday following an evacuation alert by Israel’s military, which announced plans to target Hezbollah’s military sites.
The official National News Agency reported, “Israeli fighter jets attacked the town of Mahrouna,” with a separate raid on a house in Jbaa. The Israeli army confirmed, “Operations have started against Hezbollah terror targets in southern Lebanon.”
