The Jordanian national team managed to defeat its Egyptian counterpart with three goals to none in the match that brought the two teams together today, Tuesday, within the third round of the group stage of the Arab Cup 2025, organized by Qatar until December 18. With the triple defeat, the Egyptian team has exited the tournament from the first round, having finished third with two points, while the Jordanian team achieved a full score with 9 points. The UAE team came in second place in Group C with four points, while the Kuwaiti team remained at the bottom of the group with one point.
The Arab Cup 2025 is held in the country between December 1 and 18, with the participation of 16 teams distributed across 4 groups. These include teams from Qatar, Palestine, Tunisia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, UAE, Morocco, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Comoros, and Sudan.
