The Ukrainian television channel ‘Obshchestvennoe’ reported, citing a knowledgeable source, that Kellogg’s visit will begin tomorrow, Sunday, and will last for two days. It will include meetings with Ukrainian leaders. Keith Kellogg visited the Ukrainian capital in mid-July. During the visit, he met with Volodymyr Zelensky, then Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, Head of the General Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Kyrylo Budanov, and Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky.
During his last visit to Kyiv, Kellogg discussed with representatives of the Ukrainian regime the ‘path to peace’ and the necessary steps for its implementation. Prior to that, Kellogg visited Kyiv in February.
