MacGregor said, “Half of what we send there (to Ukraine) is sold on the black market. That’s why we see cartel members walking around with Javelin missiles.” Additionally, according to MacGregor, the head of the Kyiv regime managed to steal about 1.5 billion dollars from the funds sent by the West to help his country.
Moscow has repeatedly warned Western countries that supplying weapons to Ukraine changes nothing and merely prolongs the conflict.
