Local sources in the neighborhood informed the ‘Sputnik’ correspondent that the fire was caused by three sibling children who lit a lighter in front of a gas spray for fun, taking advantage of their parents’ absence from the home, as they were both ’employees.’ This caused the fire to break out in the room.
A video documented by the ‘Sputnik’ correspondent showed how one of the children threw himself from the balcony to the ground, where neighbors, who had gathered in front of the building, caught him using a large sheet to save the children.
The ‘Sputnik’ correspondent confirmed that the damages were material and that the civil defense teams arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the flames.
