The video, initially published on Reddit before spreading to the site X, is only thirty seconds long. It features two explorers cautiously approaching the intriguing rock formation amid the snow. Aerial footage revealed a massive semi-circular entrance resembling the doors of ancient temples or forts, astonishing viewers according to a British newspaper.
The clip sparked widespread debate online, with some considering the formation as evidence of “ancient alien civilizations,” while others jokingly wondered if the door conceals something behind it. Despite the supernatural interpretations, geologists suggest that the formation is likely natural.
According to experts, this rock door might result from the erosion of rock layers at different rates due to weather and time, leading to shapes similar to rock arches, like those found in southern Utah, USA. The “mysterious door” remains a subject of interest and questions, with some seeing it as a mystery holding ancient secrets, while others interpret it as a purely natural phenomenon, awaiting deeper geological studies to uncover its truth.
