Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a Dh2.6 billion contract to Fibrex Contracting for the Bay Villas project at Dubai Islands. This project includes 636 luxury units across five unique property types, marking Nakheel’s latest waterfront community development.
Building on a successful partnership with Fibrex Contracting, previously demonstrated in the District One West community at Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Bay Villas will feature exclusive residences like Townhouses, Semi-detached Villas, Garden Villas, Waterfront Villas, and Beachfront Villas. Residents will have access to top-tier amenities such as three pool houses, a beach club, and landscaped parks.

The Semi-detached Villas are crafted to offer a modern community feel, and the Townhouses will be part of four- to six-home complexes featuring private gardens.
