Netanyahu’s Court Absence Due to Security Incidents

Attorney Noa Milstein told the court that “several serious security incidents at more than one location, resulting in casualties, necessitated the Prime Minister’s participation in a series of security consultations and urgent decision-making,” which prevented him from attending today’s court session, according to the ‘Times of Israel.’ Netanyahu’s lawyer stated that the Prime Minister’s testimony could be postponed until the end of the day if the court agrees to it.

Earlier today, Israeli media reported a number of shootings near the Ramot junction in Jerusalem. Four people were killed and several others were injured, including six with serious injuries, at the shooting site north of Jerusalem.

Media sources reported that gunmen boarded a bus and opened fire on the passengers, resulting in a large number of injuries, six of whom are in critical condition. Israeli police stated that they killed two individuals who were carrying out the attack at the entrance of the Ramot junction in Jerusalem.
