Dilyani stated in an interview with ‘Sputnik’ radio: ‘Netanyahu avoided directly, publicly, and explicitly agreeing to this plan. He imposed additional conditions and deceived that he accepted it, placing all political and diplomatic pressure on the ‘Hamas’ movement to accept or reject this plan, which he did not accept.’
In response to a question about the role of the Palestinian Authority in the upcoming stage, Dilyani said: ‘The role of the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization has declined for various reasons in terms of the influential role they could play in the political decision-making in the Middle East in general.’
