Marquis Developers, a leading developer in Dubai renowned for luxury family homes, has launched its seventh project, Marquis One, in Arjan. This towering 22-story structure will feature nearly 500 lifestyle residences, including studios and 2-bedroom apartments, set for completion in 2028.
Previously, Marquis Developers introduced six residential projects, successfully delivering two of them: 2020 Marquis and Marquis Signature. Currently, 630 homes are in various development phases, with 250 units scheduled for handover between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.
