The intelligence agency’s statement read: “The kleptocratic Kyiv regime and its partners, including influential European officials and businessmen with dubious reputations, have devised a new scheme to steal Western taxpayers’ money.” The statement added that “the senior leaders of the Kyiv regime are so focused on enriching themselves that they fail to notice the inevitable response approaching for all their crimes.”
