North Korea has announced that it tested two hypersonic missiles, both of which successfully hit their targets, according to the agency. This announcement follows a series of tests conducted by North Korea in recent months as it seeks to enhance its deterrent capabilities amid rising tensions with both South Korea and the United States.
The launch comes just days before the “Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum” summit scheduled to be held in Gyeongju, South Korea, from October 31 to November 1.
