Dubai’s Parkin Company PJSC has entered a five-year partnership with Damac Properties to enhance the utilization of over 3,000 parking spots in Damac’s developments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This marks Parkin’s debut in the UAE capital’s parking sector.
At Damac Hills 1, Parkin will oversee 500 on-street parking spaces, while managing an additional 2,700 spaces within 44 residential and commercial towers in key areas like Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, and Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
Parkin will provide both visitor and permit parking options for short and long-term users across Damac’s residential, commercial, and community mall locations, all integrated with the Parkin app.

The rollout will begin in Q1 2026, featuring full integration of Parkin’s cutting-edge technology with Damac’s existing systems for seamless connectivity, including access control, ANPR, and enforcement systems.
