During a visit to one of the command posts of the Joint Forces Group, President Putin stated: “Along the entire combat line, the initiative is entirely in the hands of our armed forces.” During a meeting with the military, Putin requested a report on the situation in the area under the responsibility of the Russian ‘North’ Group forces.

In the same context, the Chief of the Russian General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, reported to President Putin that more than 30% of the buildings in Konstantinovka are under the control of Russian armed forces. Gerasimov continued: “The Russian armed forces are engaged in street battles in Seversk, expanding their control zone and liberating more than 100 buildings daily.”

He added: “Street fighting is ongoing in Drobyshevo and Yarovaya on the Krasny Liman axis, with battles also taking place in the eastern and southeastern parts of Krasny Liman.” He further mentioned: “The enemy cannot advance south along the left bank of the Oskol River near Kupyansk due to strong defenses.”

He continued: “The ‘West’ Group forces have focused their efforts on the Krasny Liman direction and the left bank of the Stary Oskol River, and the Russian ‘West’ Group forces have entered the city of Krasny Liman.” He added: “The ‘East’ Group forces are expanding their control area in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions, and the Russian army continues its strikes against Ukrainian military-industrial facilities and fuel and energy sites supporting their operations.”

Earlier today, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin visited one of the command posts of the Joint Forces Group on the evening of November 30, where he received reports about the liberation of Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Volchansk in the Kharkiv region. Peskov said: “On the evening of November 30, the Supreme Commander and Russian President Vladimir Putin visited one of the Joint Forces Group’s command posts. During his work, he listened to reports from the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Valery Gerasimov, Commander of the ‘Center’ Group forces Valery Solodchuk, and Commander of the ‘East’ Group forces Andrei Ivanayev.”
