Rashq Refutes Trump’s Gaza Aid Allegations

Rashq described Trump’s statements as “Israeli lies that absolve the criminal and blame the victim,” noting that Trump does not tire of repeating Israeli accusations and lies, and we will not tire of rejecting and refuting them. Rashq confirmed in a press statement that these claims are “false and not based on any evidence,” pointing out that reports from international organizations, including the United Nations, as well as an internal investigation by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), have refuted these allegations, confirming that there are no reports proving Hamas’s theft of aid. Rashq blamed the Israeli occupation for the “systematic starvation and genocide” in Gaza, describing it as a “direct result of the U.S.-backed Israeli policy, which uses food and medicine as a weapon of war against more than two million people.” He called on the U.S. administration to “stop viewing the scene through Israeli eyes,” and to assume its “moral and legal responsibilities” by condemning the war of starvation and unjust siege, stopping support for the occupation, and supporting the safe and complete entry of aid through the United Nations, rather than through what he described as “traps of the Gaza humanitarian institution used to kill the hungry.” Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump revealed his efforts to prepare a plan to provide food for the population in the Gaza Strip, confirming that helping civilians to live “should have happened a long time ago.” Trump expressed his concern to American media about reports of famine in the Strip, but accused Hamas of “stealing and selling humanitarian aid entering Gaza.” In a related context, Trump praised, without specifying the nature of his work, pointing out that he has not yet received any briefing from him regarding his recent visit to Gaza.
