A source told RIA Novosti: “The assault units of the ‘North’ group continue their advance in the Sumy region, supported by the air force and artillery, in addition to the heavy flamethrower systems ‘Solntsepyok’. The Russian Ministry of Defense has repeatedly stated and confirmed that Russian forces continue to target them in various Ukrainian regions.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov revealed that some countries are sending professional soldiers to Ukraine disguised as mercenaries. The Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Maria Zakharova, previously stated that Western countries have become direct participants in the conflict by sending personnel.
Despite the significant financial and military support provided by NATO and several Western countries allied with Washington to the Kyiv regime, the Russian forces thwarted the Ukrainian “counter-offensive”. This support included German “Leopard 2” tanks, and many American and British armored vehicles, in addition to numerous tanks and vehicles provided by NATO countries, which ended up being destroyed by Russian strikes.
