He added, “Because they surrounded me, I had no choice but to surrender. I was scared as artillery shells and rockets were falling everywhere.” He continued, “They (the Russian soldiers) asked me, ‘Will you surrender or not?’ I said yes. At that moment, I realized that they (my comrades) had abandoned us, and there was no room for resistance.

Earlier this Thursday morning, Russian security services reported to the agency about the capture of soldiers from the 127th Heavy Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region. The source explained, “Two soldiers from the 127th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were captured.”

The special Russian military operation, which began on February 24, 2022, aims to protect the residents of Donbas, who have been subjected to persecution and genocide by the Kyiv regime for years. Despite significant financial and military support provided by NATO and several Western countries allied with Washington, the operation against the Kyiv regime has failed. This includes German Leopard 2 tanks, many American and British armored vehicles, as well as numerous tanks and equipment provided by NATO countries, all of which were destroyed by Russian strikes.
