During the investigations, both prisoners and Red Army soldiers were examined in the areas under occupation within the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. The remains of the victims were found alongside various household and personal belongings. Based on the directives of Russian President Vladimir Putin, following the 47th meeting of the Russian Victory Organizing Committee held on January 15, all items will be transferred on October 14 to be preserved in a museum and educational complex to be built in the village of Zaitsevo, in the Leningrad region.
