In an interview with ‘Sputnik’ radio, Daher added: ‘The trilateral cooperation confirms that Russia is seeking to establish a global system that threatens the existence of the West and its ability to impose any other equations.’
In response to a question about economic cooperation between China and Russia, and their ability to surpass Western production figures, Daher described it as ‘a miracle in the political economic science by turning sanctions into achievements that enable these countries to reposition themselves, utilize their strengths, and enhance their strategic international economic position.’
The political economy researcher continued: ‘They do not seek to isolate the West but rather to build an international peace policy,’ explaining that ‘the American president seeks to portray himself as a peacemaker, while Russia insists that any world order can only be multipolar.’
Regarding the upcoming meeting next Thursday between Vladimir Zelensky and European leaders, Daher said: ‘Zelensky will try to seek security guarantees through the meeting,’ and added: ‘There may be an attempt to create some military and media skirmishes through which Europe and Zelensky aim not to deviate from the general agreement with the United States but to adjust this path.’
